Watch a pay run against 941 line 2.
Drop your payroll export. The watcher auto-detects the columns, totals federal withholding per pay run, and flags any run whose drift against your entered 941 baseline breaks the $100 tolerance.
How the watcher reads your CSV
It sniffs the header row, picks the closest canonical column for each of employee_id, gross_pay, federal_tax, state_tax, and pay_date, and groups the rows by pay date.
Findings fire when the per-run sum differs from your baseline by ≥ $100— red at ≥ $1,000, amber below that.
